Agreement and eligibility

These terms apply to Hotel Lobby AI at hotellobbyai.info. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. You must be an adult with the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.

The service

Hotel Lobby AI is a creative service focused on photo-based performance videos. Available features, supported inputs, output formats, prices, and processing times depend on the options actually offered in the product. Examples and editorial guides illustrate creative possibilities; they do not guarantee a specific result, processing time, or feature availability.

AI results can contain artifacts, inaccurate likenesses, or unexpected details. Review each result before publishing. References to performers, songs, or visual styles do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by their owners.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and report unauthorized use to support@hotellobbyai.info. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share access in a way that bypasses usage limits or compromises other users.

Photos, consent, and content rights

You retain the rights you hold in your submitted content. You grant us permission to store, process, and transmit that content, including through service providers, as needed to fulfill your requests, deliver results, maintain the service, and handle support or abuse reports.

You must have the necessary permissions for photos, likenesses, music, trademarks, and other material you submit or use. Obtain consent from recognizable people before using their images. A purchase does not grant rights to third-party music, performances, brands, or likenesses, and AI output may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection. Check the rights needed for your intended use, especially commercial publication.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to:

• Create non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, harassment, or other unlawful material.
• Impersonate someone deceptively, fabricate evidence, commit fraud, or falsely suggest an endorsement.
• Infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Access another user's account or media, bypass security or credit limits, or disrupt the service.
• Submit malware or abuse automated access.

Clearly identify AI-edited content when needed to avoid misleading viewers and follow the rules of the platform where you publish it.

Purchases, credits, and refunds

Review the price, currency, credit allowance, expiration information, and any billing frequency shown at checkout before paying. A one-time credit purchase does not itself authorize a recurring subscription. Credits are for use within the service and have no cash value except where a refund or remedy is required by law.

If a payment is incorrect, a request fails, or credits appear to have been deducted incorrectly, email support with your account email, order reference, and task ID where available. We will review the records and determine the appropriate correction, credit restoration, or refund under the purchase terms and applicable law. Do not send full card details. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Availability and account closure

We may change or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, or provider availability. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms and review abuse reports. Contact support to request account closure or discuss unused purchased credits if access ends. Necessary billing, security, and legal records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service ownership and responsibility

Our website software, branding, and original materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Permission to use the service does not transfer those rights. You are responsible for choosing lawful inputs, reviewing outputs, and deciding how to distribute them.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access, exact likeness, or fitness for a particular creative or commercial purpose. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses to the extent such exclusions are lawful. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and provide notice of material changes as required. Changes will not remove rights attached to earlier purchases where applicable law protects them.
